Upload larger audition files

Allow files larger than 20mb to be submitted as auditions. Many casting calls ask for larger portions of script, and typically as WAVs. I personally have run into trouble where I formatted my file according to the audition instructions, but was forced to upload as an mp3 due to the wav version being too large.
