Submitting audition without uploading causes issue

Whenever you forget to browse and select a file and just add notes and hit submit, it hangs the window in limbo. Nothing you do matters at that point. You can click off outside the window to make it go away so you can start over. Possible solution: If you hit submit without selecting a file, have it give an error message "Please select a file before submitting."
