Stop redacting e-mail address from DMs

Until Casting Call Club can handle attachments and contracts, casting directors and talent may need to share e-mail addresses with one another. Redacting them in DMs adds another hurdle to the production process. Perhaps give the recipient the opportunity to show/unhide the e-mail address if spam is a concern?
