Stop Penalizing new accounts!

I had someone DM me about a role I posted. I hired them for the role. However I can't mark them as receiving the role because every time I try clicking on their name I get the same notice that their account is too new. I've gotten the same asinine message for over 3 weeks.

Blocking new accounts from being seen is disgusting enough, but for three weeks?
