Special JOB Module after cast

Suggest a spoecial active job' module after being cast where notes, terms and conditions can be archived in writing for reference, as part of an overall agreement between rights holder and talent. I.e, things like 'pay rate', 'reel in exhange for service' etc can be specified with notes such as 'RH agrees to provide 1080 p clips at 44.1khx after completion ? Also a TIMER (Days to completion) should be implemented so a) all parties know clearly when the project is due and b) talent can bail out of project drags on without any action
