Remove fake first-time upvotes

Now, I'm pretty sure it's obvious that people who audition for the first time get a bunch of fake upvotes the first time they audition on CCC. We've all seen objectively poor auditions with more upvotes than really, really good auditions, and when you click on their profile it's the first audition they submitted, and all other auditions they've done have no upvotes. I don't know why these exist. Is it meant to encourage them? I think it does the opposite, makes them wonder why their next auditions don't get nearly as much attention. So I think this should be removed. It helps no one and makes it look like people are upvote botting. And yes, this should be removed even when upvotes eventually become private.
