Remove Autobot upvotes for Brand New/Returning Users

So one thing that has been a constant habit on the website is whenever a brand new account uploads one of their first auditions, they will get a massive amount of upvotes when not that many people would be looking into those casting calls, especially if they are focusing on a niche interest or if the activity just isn't there.
Most people already know that site bots upvote these new accounts as a way to encourage them to audition more, however this has a more dangerous disadvantage to doing this, especially if these new users are using bad equipment or don't have the skillset needed to match the roles they are auditioning for. It can give them a false sense of hope that they are doing something right when that may not even be true. And on the director side, they can see this inexperienced account getting all these upvotes and might be persuaded to cast them as 'Well they MUST be good if people like them THIS MUCH!', whic sure no one should cast someone based on this ideaology any way, but inexperienced directors can just as easily be swayed by these consequences made by autobots.
If there is some way to look into reducing, or flat out removing auto bot upvotes on new accounts or accounts who haven't uploaded in awhile and upload something new, I think that would make things more realistic and can honestly help all parties involved on the site.
