Receive notification if deadline changes

It would be really helpful to be able to choose to receive a notification at the point a deadline is changed, rather than getting one just as an audition is closing. This would allow people who are planning to audition to rejig their schedules accordingly, rather than discovering the deadline has changed once going to submit an audition etc. I was assuming that following a project would alert me to updates including deadline changes, but this does not seem to currently be the case.
