Project Deadline Always Inaccurate!

A Project that I have just spotted on the discover page, I am currently looking to apply for. It says the deadline was about 2 hours ago, and is appearing red. However, the actual date and time for the dealine is 2 hours from now. It says Wednesday April 30th 6pm EDT, and it is currently 4pm EDT. Is there a way I can change this? I made sure my profile had the right time zone selected. I just want to make sure I know when the ACTUAL deadline is so I am not submitting for no reason.
