Project Completion Markers On Casting Calls?

To help auditioning voice talents make informed decisions, many casting calls have no work put in the projects and therefore fall through.

For example, a simple '50% project completion' mark by the creator before the inserted 'project rating' would be a useful tool for those making auditions. It isn't foolproof but would be helpful for those auditioning to make slightly more informed decisions on whether to submit for a call.

Sadly, as stated, a project creator may not have started any work on their project which they state needing voices for and simply forget about it/end it before it even begins. This has been happening quite a lot and since there isn't much to stop it, I thought that this may help a tad bit.
