Please fix deadline notifications

Believe it or not…these screenshots were taken at the exact same time. These numbers are inaccurate and I'm honestly unsure which to believe.. I think it is partially due to the fact that I'm physically unable to edit my time zone in my settings (it does not let me save), but it is quite frustrating and I'm always confused about when the actual deadline is because of it!
