Option to keep finished projects visible

So, as primarily a Director, I at times find it a bit annoying that others cannot see the projects I already finished, because they fade from view for everyone, once I click finished. I'd love a feature that gives me the possibilty to just have the finished Projects permanently visible (with a toggle for those that don't wanna) with the big "finished" button instead of "open". I don't see a reason why I should hide the finished stuff, when that especially is kind of what sets directors apart, similarly to how everyone can click on "submissions" on the Profile to see every Audition that is publicly available. :)
