Offer Reccomendations

[For both the project creator and the people cast] When a role is completed and you mark it as completed, you should be given a pop-up screen or something similar asking if you'd like to give the creator/cast member a recommendation! This could lead to more people getting the recommendations they deserve and to avoid an awkward conversation of asking for a recommendation.
