notifications for project update reactions

Thank you for the new feature of project update reactions! :)

I'd also really like to get a site notification when someone reacts to my project updates. (I only found out I had 2 reactions to one of my updates because I was scrolling over my project page randomly 🥲.) It'd be great to see which user reacted and at what time/day.
