Incentive for Upvotes/Awards

I've been on CCC for a while now as a voice actor and I have a love/hate relationship with awards and upvotes for other auditions. When I look at a role, it's very important (to me at least) to not listen to other auditions as to not psyche myself out or have it color my interpretation of what the director is asking for. That being said, after I audition, I'm hesitant to listen as well or I just go on to the next one. So in short, I get why many fellow voice actors don't listen to auditions or upvote anything, but I know those awards and upvotes can be very important to not only the voice actor, but to the director as well if they see the community liking a specific voice.

Is there a possible way to get the community (those who are not participating in the project) more incentivized to interact with the auditions for awards or upvotes? The world of voice acting comes with very little feedback, and even something as small as that can really go a long way if we did a good job at something. I'm sorry to bring more of a question rather than a proposition.
