How-To/Explainer Video for Entering Credit Information

It is confusing to enter credits in the new format. I have over 150 credits to me name (which is a lot of data entry work), but none of them are projects of my own. Your format seems designed specifically for project-runners. Also, how do credits sort themselves? Is it by year, oldest on top or newest on top? A instruction/explainer video would be very helpful.
