Flag Button Doesn't Always Work

So with an influx of spammers trying to advertise in the comments of my projects I have noticed a strange bug. The Flag button does not work when I try to use it on the project page. It just does nothing at all. I would need to go into the person's profile and flag it as spam from there. The problem is a lot of these accounts are brand new, so half I cannot report because I get the message that the account is too new to view. It would be nice to get this looked at!
