Find a Voice System

Allow verified VO/VA's to submit verified reel (one per user) to the site with up to 'N' tags describing them and their reel, requires rates be listed with a form based Q/A. (per word/line, etc.)

• Reels are one per user
• Reels can be changed, but on a "cooldown" once per month at most. (recommendation, do what you want on implementation.)

Allow verified creators to use the Find a Voice System which will enable them to enter tags and have a random voice with those tags show up for review. Allow them the following tools:

• Save for later review
• Next (This then pulls a new -random- voice with the same searched tags to the window for them to review)
• Show their rates (Displays VO/VA's listed rates)
• Select and Notify (This opens a communication path between creator and VO/VA to finalize details on project)
