Expandable Notes on Audition Submissions

When submitting an audition, can notes be expandable rather than taking up space? I feel it isn't fair when a person spams an entire list of contact information and unnecessary comments to enlarge their submission. This will also create a neater audition page with more auditions stacked nicely requiring less pages of auditions.
