Encourage giving Feedback to Actors

I heard it SO MANY TIMES that people are actually not used to getting ANY feedback at all, and I always am annoyed about it. So It would be cool to somehow - tho, I have no Idea how - encourage Directors to give the Actors Feedback. And if its just a one liner. Anything really. Even for Paid Projects, most Directors just shrug and Ignore People and that just isn't fair. But admittedly I don't know what could be a good incentive haha.
