Don't hide buttons under drop-down menus

Don't hide the flag user and block user buttons under the "…" section on a user's profile. Users are having problems finding these buttons, so best to just put them out in the open and easily viewable/usable. Same with the delete project button. Don't hide it. It should be easily accessible and user friendly. You can always add/keep an "Are you sure?" button in a slightly different location (to prevent accidental double clicking) to verify that delete or block or flag was intended.
