Don't delete audition description upon rejection/dismissal

So I've been in a server where the casting directors have been rejecting auditions which don't fit/don't meet their quality guidelines. For this audition, it was requested that auditioners give some information about themselves (age, equipment, etc). Some people who have been rejected have been posting in the Discord server that they can't see the descriptions they added and were worried that they were rejected because the information "didn't go through", rather than understanding the descriptions vanished because they were dismissed. I'm not actually sure why the descriptions are removed in this situation, so I feel it might be a good idea to just let the descriptions stay up - or at least explain it in a few places that the removal could happen.
