Dismissed projects removed from open project feed

When a project is dismissed on the open projects page, it should either be removed to a separate page or pushed to the bottom of the 6,000+ open projects.

Currently, I need to scroll through hundreds of minimized projects that I have dismissed in order to find the new open projects.
