Dis-Include Option For Talent Search

Suggestion to Buford to add a "disinclude" or "does not contain" Filter for the Talent Search menu?

I figured because Buford thought to make a disinclude filter for the project search it would of been natural to add one for talent search.

I was trying to finding voice actresses for a parody dub when I came to the discovery that all the options that popped up first when I searched the voice type were a bunch of dudes for like 3 pages. Not a single one of them is capable of doing a decent impression of a mid-twenty to thirty year old woman.

Scrolling through all these Kevins and Conroys is a little tedious. And they only show up because they included in their voice description "female adult". They're kind of hijacking the built in SEO and the only way to remedy this is to make a "does not contain" filter or bring back voice verification with heavy discrimination for voices that don't fit that standard.
