Direct Offers

This suggestion is a mix of the "Casting Offers" and "Be Able To Cast Members Who Didn’t Audition" suggestions. I suggest a feature in which a creator can 1. Offer one or more people to audition for a specific role for their project OR (this might be a bit more complicated) directly audition for that role through the offer without needing to create a project for said role, basically reverse cold-calling, 2. Directly offer someone to play a role for their project OR once again without any project which might be a bit more tricky. The creator which sends out these offers can choose whether or not the audition/roles will show up on both of their profiles, that way creators could keep their projects out of the public eye if wanted. I get that this feature is quite complicated but I think it's a good step forward for CCC!
