Different Deadlines for Separate Roles

There is a reasoning on why I am suggesting this. There are multiple projects I have seen that will want to cast roles at different points in time in the deadline as they need roles sooner than later. So, I think that the deadline could be given to separate roles so that there is that chance to have certain roles cast sooner than others (whichever role has the most time needed will be the final deadline for auditioning.)
I'm bad at typing my thoughts out so I hope this is as clear as possible.
