Creators not closing roles but not casting them

A frustrating number of creators lately have not been actually casting roles. They are just closing the role and that's it. They then communicate with the auditionee via discord and leave ccc never finishing the process. That is frustrating as there is no paper trail nor allows us to use your nice tools and lists to check. Sometimes they cast you but don't even select you in the audition. Perhaps this process needs to be idiotproofed a little and definitely needs a stop point to not let them close a role without selecting an actor for it. It really is bad that some people want to use your site just to get people onto their discord server and then never return.
