Counter block

Hi - didn't ccc have the ability in the past to block someone after they had blocked you first? Please bring that back.

Someone blocked me and when I went to their profile it just said "this user has blocked you." Thete was no option to block them back.

I'm highly uncomfortable with someone being able to view my profile/activity when they've blocked me. Seems very unfair.
