Can't access/delete bad production credits

If you create a production credit but don't completely fill in the fields right, when you create it, it has no status (Announced/Production/Completed) and you can only see it in the ALL category. When you click on it, it gives a 404 error message so you can't fix it. And there is no option to delete it.
