[BUG + SUGGESTION] Male/Female on project doesn't work with new tags + Add "Gender-Neutral" option

Right above the roles where the 3 drop-down boxes are, the far right one of "Male/Female" which can be picked to show just male or just female doesn't consider the tags for the roles and only looks for the old system of showing gender so if a role has tags such as "Male Teen" or "Female Adult" they won't show up for their respective genders. Also the suggestion of adding an additional options to look for roles that are either looking for a "Gender-Neutral" voice or are looking for either male or female voices with no preference, such as a narrator.
