[BUG] "Preferred Timezone" setting doesn't work/save

The "Preferred Timezone" setting under "Working Information" doesn't save and is always at "Etc/GMT+12 (UTC -12)". When you change the setting it doesn't prompt the "Save" button like every other change does, and if you change something else along with changing the timezone it still wont save. Would love to see this fixed ASAP!
