(BUG) Can't submit any .wav Auditions

I was trying to submit some auditions last night but every time I tried i'd hit "Save" to send out the audition I'd get this screen shown in the screenshot, I just tried changing the file to .mp3 this morning in hopes of fixing it and (honestly a little surprisingly) it worked like a charm and submitted like nothing was wrong. I'm not sure if its affecting just .wav files or other audio file types aswell but I do know at least .mp3 files do still work.
