Better Talent Search

Not sure if this is just on my end, but any tags I put in the "Find Talent / Search Talent" feature just gives back the same list of people.
I can't tell if this is a bug or not, but regardless, I believe this should be reworked in general. More options for ranges, previous roles, perhaps some keywords for specification … stuff like that.
