Better submission review system

It's been a couple of years so I don't remember specifics other than it being really difficult to find things difficult to sort through auditions difficult to easily communicate. I've had issues with following VAs and accessing my own profile because the UI was a mess to go through. Especially when I'm not at home and want to listen to auditions. Its a big mess there. Also accessing auditions is a hassle as well especially if you've listened to it before. You have to go through a lot of menus occasionally. Also on that front for laptop users clicking anything on the auditions page can lead to accidental castings and rejections.
