Better organized Shortlist when managing auditions

A pretty big thing I've noticed is how unorganized the shortlist category is when you're managing auditions. Right now it just shows the whole list of shortlisted auditions, along with a drop down menu to organize the shortlisted auditions by their roles. The problem is, the order in which the drop down menu displays the roles is confusing. It's not in any specific order, at least not from what I can tell. If it were in alphabetical order I could find the roles more easily. Also, there's no visible indicator on whether or not a role has a shortlisted audition yet. I have to go into the drop down menu, try and find the role, and see if I've shortlisted any auditions for it. A more streamlined system would allow me to see how many auditions I've shortlisted for a role just by looking at it in a menu. I would be able to easily see what roles need more attention.
