Audio File Problem

Very recently I noticed that very time I time to audition for something and upload an audio file it doesn’t work. I also realize that only certain file types will work but I used to be able t send audio files and it’s really annoying that I can’t now. Not even videos will go through. It’s really frustrating and yet i have no idea how converting files works
