Allow VAs to remove assigned roles

Please consider adding a feature for VAs to reject a role after being assigned. There's instances where I've auditioned earlier in the month but end up not being able to take on the responsibility, or where the project is canceled but I can't remove it from my roles list. I'd like to be able to organize my roles better.
