Allow filtering of descriptions

Relying on filtering by excluding terms in titles alone is sadly not enough, trying to restrict certain terms from titles simply allows the same terms to slip through the descriptions. Can a method including filtering terms from titles and descriptions be implemented? There are a few heavily recurring project types I would like to exclude from results. It would be greatly appreciated.
