Add a ‘reject all’ button to the consent menu

When going through the menu of which ad purposes and which vendors to consent to, add an option to reject all of them at once. THIS ALSO INCLUDES THE ‘Legitimate interest’ PARTS.

On top of that, allow us to reject ALL vendors. I tried to manually retract consent and the site would not let me retract consent from certain vendors, such as Skimbit.
