Add a Delete Button for Draft Projects

If someone accidentally creates a draft project there appears to be no way to delete or remove it. I was informed you actually have to hit "publish" to find the delete button. Please add a separate delete button that isn't under the publish button. Also, when you delete it, it still shows you've created a project under your profile when you really didn't. Only actually published projects should count in my humble opinion. Please consider these changes.
