Add a Coders Project Role For Project/Casting Directors Looking For Help With Games

I'm looking to create a visual novel game down the road, and I want to get some coding help, but there isn't a specific role I can set on the casting call that's specifically for coders. I would love to see that for not just myself, but for others as well!
