Ability to Report Spam Accounts

I've been getting follows from obvious spam accounts like this one:
https://www.castingcall.club/preetipatel
https://www.castingcall.club/eshikakaur (didn't follow me but a good example)
The only option I have is to block them, and even then that doesn't do anything. I'm still able to see and interact with their profile, so I wonder just how effective blocking really is.
I'd rather a method of reporting the obvious spam accounts for removal. They're generally pretty obvious from their names and profile descriptions - it's not like they're legitimate new accounts with very little activity. Simply blocking doesn't clean up the site, and if too many spam accounts are allowed to spring up and just sit there it may deter people from giving the site a chance.
