Unfavoriting projects should actually unfavorite them

It's absolutely wild that I can unfavorite a project from my Favorites page, but it'll still show up on the mini-favorites section on the dashboard until I click "unfavorite" from there. My dashboard always thinks I have more favorites than I do, and they're usually stuff I decided not to apply for anyway.
