Project unable to be Featured on Business plan

I've been on the Business plan for a little over a year, but suddenly, the website will not allow me to Feature my project, telling me I'm still on the Gold plan. I upgraded to the new plans in 2023, so that should've taken care of that. I Featured two projects last year with no issues, so I'm not sure why it's suddenly not working. Featuring my projects is the main reason I pay for a membership, so it's frustrating to not be able to use that.
