Profile stats not updating, showing as zero, and not listing who viewed for subscribers

Since the update to the statistics, I lost all tracking that I'd had for the prior three months…that had also been buggy. The update now works even worse. I cannot reliably see who has viewed my profile. Despite having more profile views, the viewers have not updated for close to a week. When it did update last week, the times were off (was online when a person viewed and it showed it was 5 hours ago). I also cannot count on actually being able to see my statistics, because more than half the time I navigate to my dashboard, my views show zero.

This particular feature was one of the main reasons I purchased a subscription. It has not worked since I joined. If I hadn't purchased a year, I would be canceling. Please fix this.
