PayPal not showing correctly in some browsers? (Opera GX/Chrome)

In Opera GX and Chrome it does not show the "Choose a way to pay" tabs after clicking the PayPal link from the Subscriptions page. It defaults and *only shows the input boxes for Credit Card information. The PayPal tab is not visually present to switch to.

MS Edge and Firefox both however did show the Card and PayPal tabs correctly. So maybe it isn't inherently a Chromium issue?

I tried this on all 3 subscription plans as well as both monthly and yearly payment types.
