Not show blocked people in Dashboard Activity

Hi! I ran an experiment concerning the new Dashboard > global Latest Activity section. I blocked someone, but their name and information, and latest activity still showed up in the Activity area. This partially defeats the purpose of blocking? Please refine this feature so that blocked people in no ways show up in the Global Activity area. Thanks!
