Can't click on anything in the left hand column

Hi - been having this issue for awhile so not sure if it's just me, but when I hover my mouse over the left hand column nothing under the "for talent" section highlights and lights up, so I'm unable to click those links. 50% of the time, nothing under the Open Projects header works either :( I'm using Firefox on a Macbook pro running Ventura 13.6.2

I can pretty much access everything from that menu in another way, except for seeing the short list of prokect I wanted to audition for.
