Be Able To Cast Members Who Didn’t Audition

Many times I have casted a member who auditioned outside of CCC but they have a profile on CCC. It makes it harder when it’s time to turn in finished work. I would love to be able to offer roles to members. Then they can turn in work and be included in project chats.
